Pet Safety & Supervision

Pets are unpredictable by nature and may react unexpectedly to unfamiliar people, environments, equipment, lighting, sounds, other animals, or surroundings. Pet owners and handlers are responsible for maintaining appropriate supervision and control of their pets throughout the photography session. JSN Media Solutions will make reasonable efforts to conduct photography sessions in a safe and professional manner. However, the photographer cannot guarantee a pet's behavior or cooperation during a session.

Pet Health & Fitness

Clients are responsible for determining whether their pet is physically and emotionally suitable for photography activities. Clients should inform the photographer in advance of any known behavioral concerns, allergies, physical limitations, medical conditions, fears, or other circumstances that may affect the pet's participation. The photographer does not provide veterinary, animal-training, or animal-care services.

Children, Family Members & Other Participants

When people, including children, participate in a lifestyle photography session, the parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult remains responsible for the safety and supervision of participating minors. Clients and participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions provided by the photographer for purposes of safety and photography.

Location & Environmental Conditions

Lifestyle photography may take place in private residences, public locations, parks, outdoor areas, businesses, event venues, or other approved locations. Outdoor and lifestyle sessions may involve weather conditions, uneven surfaces, stairs, furniture, animals, traffic, natural surroundings, or other environmental circumstances. Sessions may be modified, postponed, or rescheduled when the photographer reasonably determines that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Property Damage

Clients are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect personal property, residences, vehicles, furniture, equipment, and other belongings during a photography session. Clients may be responsible for damage caused by their pet(s), children, guests, or other individuals under their supervision, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Photography Style & Artistic Judgment

Photography is an artistic service. The client acknowledges that final photographs may vary from examples displayed on the JSN Media Solutions website, social media, portfolio, advertisements, or other promotional materials. The photographer retains creative discretion regarding composition, lighting, posing, image selection, editing, color correction, cropping, and final presentation.

Image Selection & Editing

JSN Media Solutions will make reasonable professional efforts to deliver quality images consistent with the services purchased. Unflattering expressions, closed eyes, excessive movement, accidental images, test photographs, duplicate photographs, or technically unsuitable images may be excluded from the final selection. Editing and retouching will be performed according to the photographer's established artistic style and the services purchased.

Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs created by JSN Media Solutions remain subject to the photographer's copyright and applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing photography services or receiving digital photographs does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the client. Clients may receive a personal-use license or other usage rights as specified in their applicable service agreement or invoice.

Use of Photographs

JSN Media Solutions will not assume that a client's photographs may be publicly displayed merely because a photography session was booked. Any portfolio, website, advertising, social-media, promotional, or other public use of identifiable photographs of clients, children, or pets will be handled in accordance with the applicable written authorization, release, agreement, or other legally permissible basis for use.

Privacy

JSN Media Solutions respects the privacy of its clients. Clients should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive personal information during the booking or photography process. Clients are encouraged to notify the photographer in advance if there are specific privacy concerns regarding the photographing or publication of individuals, pets, residences, locations, or personal property.

Limitation of Liability

JSN Media Solutions will use reasonable care and professional judgment in providing photography services. Nothing in this disclosure is intended to waive, release, or limit any right, claim, duty, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under California law.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking or participating in a Pet & Lifestyle Photography session with JSN Media Solutions, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this Website Disclaimer & Client Disclosure and any applicable photography service agreement, policies, or booking terms. Where a separate written agreement is provided, that agreement will govern the specific services, fees, rights, responsibilities, and terms applicable to the client's photography session.
